The property with the wooden fence is Baan Sammi. This wooden fence is the easiest feature to identify Baan Sammi from the public street, as there are no other properties with such a wooden fence in this area.

On the right side (not the left!) of the main entrance gate (Gate 1), you will see a nameplate above the entrance door, a house number plate, and a doorbell, both left side of the door. Please park your car or motorbike away from the street, directly on the driveway in front of the entrance gate. Please ring the doorbell (กรุณากดกริ่ง), do not hesitate to open the door and enter. You will find the door on the right side unlocked when you have an appointment with an exact or approximate arrival time for your visit.

Be prepared for Panda, our dog, to greet and sniff you. In general, Panda is not dangerous. However, adults and particularly children should under no circumstances touch Panda intentionally or accidentally, and refrain from any gestures that cause Panda a feeling that someone wants to get close to him or even touch him. Let him sniff, but keep your distance thereafter, and he won't care about you anymore. If Panda leaves the property when you open the door or gate and does not make any move to come back, don't worry and let Panda roam around on the public road. We will get Panda to return to the property soon.
If you have made an appointment with a precise time (e.g. 9:30 a.m.) or a 15-minute or 30-minute period of time (e.g. 10:00–10:30 a.m.) and you arrive punctually plus/minus 15 minutes, we will stay in the office or elsewhere in or near the Clerodendrum Chalets. Hence, we will hear the doorbell ring and walk to the door to greet you.
However, if you cannot keep the agreed time and are late, or if you have made an appointment with an approximate period of time (e.g., early afternoon), we may not be near the Clerodendrum Chalets, but work in the garden. So we may not hear the doorbell ring and not notice your arrival. We are also not available by message (email, Facebook Messenger, etc.) or phone, as we do not have access to a mobile phone or a PC while working in the garden. So if we obviously can't hear the doorbell and nobody opens the door, please open the door yourself and walk down the private driveway to find us in the garden.
The office is located in Clerodendrum Chalet West of the property, near the main entrance gate (gate 1). The private driveway extends from the main gate through the entire property to its northern end. Both the office and the driveway can be seen on the map below.
