The property with the wooden fence is Baan Sammi. This wooden fence, along with the tall bamboo behind it, is the easiest feature to identify Baan Sammi from the public road (Pa Tio – Pa Yang Poi Road), as there are no other properties with such a wooden fence combined with bamboo in this area. —

(1) On the right side (not the left!) of the main entrance gate (Gate 1), you will see the red nameplate above the entrance door, the red house number plate, and the doorbell (as shown in the photo below). Please park your car or motorbike on the driveway outside, in front of the entrance gate or on the roadside. Please ring the doorbell (โปรดกดออ็ดหน้าประตู), then open the door and enter. You will find the door on the right side unlocked when you have an appointment with an exact or approximate arrival time for your visit. —

(2) Be prepared for Panda, our dog, to come and say hello and sniff you. Panda is usually not dangerous. But adults and especially children should never touch Panda on purpose or by accident. They should also avoid doing anything that makes Panda feel like someone wants to get close to him or even touch him. Let him sniff, but stay away afterwards, and he won't care about you anymore. If Panda leaves the property when you open the door or gate and does not make any move to come back, don't worry. Let Panda roam around on the public road. We will get Panda to return to the property soon. —

(3) If you have made an appointment with a precise time (e.g., 9:30 a.m.) or a 15-minute or 30-minute window (e.g., 10:00–10:30 a.m.) and you arrive punctually plus/minus 15 minutes, we will be waiting for you in the office or elsewhere in or nearby the Clerodendrum Chalets. So, when you arrive and ring the doorbell, we will hear the ringing and go to the door to greet you. —

(4) However, if you are late, or if you have made an appointment for an approximate period of time (e.g., early afternoon), we may not be near the Clerodendrum Chalets, but will be working in the garden. So we may not hear the doorbell ring and not notice your arrival. We are also not available by message (email, Facebook Messenger, etc.) or phone, as we do not have access to a mobile phone or a computer while working in the garden. So if we obviously can't hear the doorbell and nobody opens the door, please open the door yourself and walk down the private driveway to find us in the garden. —

(5) The office is located in Clerodendrum Chalet West within the property, near the main entrance gate (gate 1). The private driveway extends from the main gate through the whole property to its northern end. You can see where the office and the driveway are on the map below. —
